I was born in 1980 in Tata, Hungary. I was a sport enthusiast from a very young age and started playing basketball at 10 and playing in the first and later second league for almost 20 years. Next to the sport I have started working in technology in Budapest for different multinational companies. I always loved to travel and discover new places and that’s how photography got my attention. It is all started with my trips to the Olympics, at the beginning with only a compact camera and from 2007 with my first DSLR a Nikon D70. With a change in my career I moved to Switzerland in 2010, where I still live today and where I continued working in technology but this time in a university where I also started to teach.

My mission is to promote the preservation of our nature and night skies and inspire exploration of our world through still imagery & workshops. I am specialised in landscape and astrophotography ranging from fine-art imagery of high altitude wilderness areas to time-lapse videos of the night sky.
